Augmented Reality: Putting Your Brand in Your Own Hands

Augmented Reality (AR) is a term that has recently been garnering more attention in the mainstream. AR describes a live view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated sensory input, such as sound or graphics. This may sound confusing, but the end result of this process is nothing short of mesmerizing.

AR has infinite applications, but the one we like to focus on is how it can apply to products, services, and brands. Having the ability to interact with a favorite brand or product allows consumers to further engage themselves in a brand story. Anything that gives brands the ability to tap into consumers in such a way is considered gold.
